VPGH SMS Terms and Conditions
When you sign up for text messages from VPGH, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with VPGH. If you are a network provider, this may include program updates and reminders, training opportunities, and limited HIPAA compliant support seeker information (only using a unique Support Seeker ID without any PHI). If you are an individual seeking support, this may include updates related to your support services, resources, reminders of appointments, and other care management.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective short code. Your request to opt-out will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, you can reach out to VPGH at vpgh_support@vcu.edu.
