2024 Year in Review

The Virginia Partnership for Gaming and Health (VPGH) aims to inspire hope, build support, and foster solutions to empower every Virginian seeking to transform their lives from problem gambling. VPGH is dedicated to promoting wellness and cultivating strong communities where individuals can thrive.

Last year, the Virginia Partnership for Gaming and Health received 562 new referrals, 90% of which were referred for treatment. In our annual report, we provide a look at who sought support and their long-term outcomes, as well as VPGH’s efforts to reach more individuals in need of services.

2024 intake data

After a referral to the Virginia Partnership for Gaming and Health, support seekers are offered an initial intake, followed by direct referral and coordination of treatment and recovery services.

VPGH Network

VPGH centralizes treatment and peer recovery services for Virginia residents. Providers who join our referral network receive free training to serve individuals with a gambling problem and become a referral source for individuals in need of clinical services.

Community Outreach
